Feedback

In order to ensure that we are on the right track with our AS Level Production, we are looking for feedback on our ideas so far. As such, we present the following survey so that we can get a feel for what people both within our target audience and outside it think of our ideas.

Please answer in Comments

1) How old are you?

2) Were you present at our pitch?

3) Choose 3 words which best describe The Reverend

4) Choose 3 words which best describe The Workshop

5) Do you enjoy horror movies?

6) Name some movies Hallowed (Working Title) reminds you of.

7) If you have seen any of these movies, which did you enjoy the most?

8) Would you watch Hallowed (Working Title) based on what you know of it at this stage?

10) Do you have any other comments? If so, what are they?

This is a very impressive Preliminary task - your editing sequence is fairly slick. Just watch the continuity with the birdsong in the background - you may need to use non-diegetic birdsong to avoid the cuts in sound as a result of the editing. Oh and Amy - great moustache!

7) If you have seen any of these movies, which did you enjoy the most?

Neither. I hate torture porn.

8) Would you watch Hallowed (Working Title) based on what you know of it at this stage?

Probably not.

9) If so, what about it appeals? If not, what puts you off?

What appeals to me is that The Reverend as a character seems to have a much more interesting background than most psychotic murderers. The entire religion angle is also interesting. It reminds me of an episode of the American crime show "Criminal Minds".

What doesn't appeal to me is the horror genre. I'm just not a fan of it. I don't entertain myself by going somewhere and letting the living hell get scared out of me (or not, which is either a good or bad thing depending on the movie). Not my type of entertainment.

10) Do you have any other comments? If so, what are they?

When you finish the project, upload it somewhere so I can give it a go.

I'm Ben, I'm a friend of Paul's, I was asked to fill this out for him. I hope I did it correctly. :-)
